Alright, so I've got a 1977 Camaro I'm working on. I'll get some pictures soon to help explain what I am working with.
I did a retro engine swap, I put a 5.7L Vortec from a '96 Tahoe into it, fuel injection and all. Also a 700R4 (4L60) swap.

I've got it all running and what not, but I've ran into a problem. The hood on those Camaro's don't allow for much clearance, and the Vortec's intake/throttle body set up is rather higher. There is only a small lip on top of the throttle body to which you can attach an intake tube of some sort, about 1/3 of an inch..

If anyone has any ideas of low clearance solutions they'd be very appreciated, I'll get some pics soon too to help explain my problem.
