Hey guys, new here. I currently own a 1990 Caprice Classic. Was wondering what parts from the 1996 impala would be interchangeable without too much modification. I know the buckets should bolt right in. I'm more interested in the rear seats and center console/floor shifter. If possible I'd like to get the dash too. I've always had the idea of swapping a complete 96ss interior into a 77-90 and since I've finally got one (with a pretty rough interior) I figure bows the perfect time. I've searched and searched but haven't found exactly what I'm looking for. I've seen people use the center consoles from s10 Blazers to get a floor shifter but id really rather use the impalas. The floor plans from 3rd to 4th gen are pretty similar so do you guys think it's possible? Or would I just have to get the front seats and console and re-upholster my back seats?
