ok so ive been kicking around the idea of using the a/c conderser in my 89 caprice as a transmission cooler. the a/c system in the car is completely evacuated (no refridgerant left) and im just planning to taked the compressor and all the junk filling my engine bay up out of the car anyhow. but im curious as to whether or not any one here has done this before ive heard of it being done. so id like to know if any one knows the exact capacity of the condenser itself (preferrably in quarts) so i know how much more ATF to add to my trans. if anyone has any idea id greately appreciate your input thanks.
