Default Charcoal/Evap canister and failed emissions

First off I gotta say HELLO and hi, Now that we got the niceties outta the way lets get down to the brass tacks.

I got a 1995 Chevy Caprice that failed CA emissions due to a failed MAF sensor and a cracked Charcoal Canister. However, after getting home and opening the hood I realized that the CC is not where I have seen it on almost every car or truck i have looked for it it (usually in the back left or right of the engine bay).

So, Chevy Forum Gurus, shade tree mechanics, and hard core gear heads I beckon to you, can any one tell me or upload a picture of the location of this thing.

Thank you in advance.
