Default engine seized, any tips and tricks?

I have a 91 Caprice that has been sitting about 2 years. Now that I've fixed what was wrong with it, it seems the engine has seized up. I had it turning over less than six months ago. I've read other forums, used the recommended oils in each cylinder, now I am waiting for it to penetrate. Other than the crank bolt, any other ideas for getting it broken loose?

Fill the entire engine up with mineral spirits and let it set for a few days. By fill it up, I mean fill up the spark plug holes until it runs out and fill up the engine until it runs out the oil fill hole, and keep topping it off.
Once it frees, do not turn it anymore. Mineral spirts has almost no lubricating properties.
