Default Newbie w/91 Caprice Classic...44k original miles

Belonged to my grandma who bought it brand new in 1991. Has 44k original miles and is in good shape especially the interior. Does have some door dings and recently acquired a little bit of hail damage but overall a nice car.

My first upgrade (after taking off some of the chrome "accessories" my grandpa stuck on) will be finding something other than those hubcaps. I'm thinking either a good set of rally wheels or some of the 9C1 rims if I can find them.

Here are a few pics that I took real quick this morning.....

Thanks, man... Yeah, it's definitely clean and obviously kept it clean on the inside. After driving it for the past week it definitely drives nice. Another thing I need to do is fix the window guides. 3 of the 4 windows like to fall out of their tracks as I "roll" (however you do that with power windows...) them up and down.

So far it's driving pretty good. I need to put new brakes on it and possibly replace the front wheel bearings but other than that she's running good. I believe the brakes and bearings are original to the car if that tells ya anything

Have a set of rallies on their way to my house as we speak. Once I get tires ordered they'll find their way onto the Caprice.....Pics to follow....

Next mod.....iPod plug into the stock stereo

Stay tuned...

Rallies should be arriving soon and they'll be mounted and balanced at that time (updated pics at that point)
