cooling issue

Default cooling issue

hello everyone im working on a 2013 Captiva and can't get the cooling fan to come on at all other then selecting ac and with a scan tool. I have a single fan with three relays controlling it all relays are good.new thermostat, temp sensor.if anyone has ran across one of these I can't find any wiring schematics to this design (this is the only year they did this )any help will be greatly appreciated

well figured it out tested the relays on a bench a second time after finding a little more info one of the relays evidently has something broke inside tested good the first time failed the second time but to answer the question no never let it get over 222 f would turn on the ac with heat selected to cool it down
