2013 Chevy Captiva radiator fan only comes on if I turn on the AC, already replaced engine temp sensor and still the same issue. The only thing is that when i disconnected the engine temp sensor to replace it the fan came on. If driving it doesn’t heat up but when ever I stop at a red light temp starts rising
