03 cavalier clunking noise

I have a 2.2 cavalier manual. Everytime I change gear, I hear a clunking noise from inside. I changed engime mounts so they're all brand new. What is the problem? Also the gear is a little bit hard not very flexible.

95% probability - bad clutch. May need adjustment or replacement.
