Default 1988 RS Cavalier Pissing oil only while running

My Cavalier is absolutely pissing oil only while it's running. It's fine when the car is off, there's barely any drip, once in a blue moon even. But the minute I turn it on it just starts dumping. I have a very good sized pool by the time the engine warms up. I have no idea where it's coming from if you would help me on this issue I would be grateful. There's no hole anywhere in my engine that I can see. If anyone has a clue what's up I'd love to know. Also along with it there is a MAJOR loss in power.
