Default 1990 Z24 5 speed Dies in forward gears

I was driving the car when it started shaking at about 45 mph. when I pulled over it died. It started back up, but when I put it in gear it died again. Seemed to be running out of gas. I put gas in, and still did it. I had week pressure at the fuel rail. replaced the fuel pump. Still dies. It seems to idle fine. It now drives in reverse but not forward gears. I pulled the codes got a 33, 42, 43. Does anyone know what is going on with this car??

Thanks

Ok I think I figured out 2 of the codes. 33 I found that when the engine shook so hard the intake hose came off the throttle body. 43 was probably due to the violent shaking as well. that leaves 42. which seems to point to the ICM. My question is - Why can I drive the car in reverse with no problems? I mean I floored it and it took off no problem. I put it in 1st and go 10 feet and it dies like it lost gas or spark. I was just out and test drove it again and actually drove in 1st and 2nd until it all started again. now its back to reverse only.

So if you push the clutch in it still stalls at 10 mph even with more gas?

Yes I can barely get it moving while half holding the clutch in but before I can release it all the way it bogs down and dies.

When the fuel pump was going out the car shook quite violently. I think something must have come loose, but I can't find anything. It was running fine before the fuel pump went out. I don't know what else could have happened.

Is your pressure at the rail fine now with the new pump?

Found the problem. The crank position sensor was loose. tranny pulled on it slightly in forward but not reverse due to bad routing.

Thanks guys!!
