I seen millions of people talking about the thief light, no start. but this is a little different. Lady who owns car broke down at church, went over there to see whats wrong with it, put the key in, turn to run, all lights on dash are lit up, security light is solid. put in crank position, and nothing, no crank. I jumped the solenoid, car will start for a second, then die out. so that sounded like it can be a security issue. I replaced the ignition switch, turned the key to run position, security light is solid, I left on for over 15 mins, and it never turned off. and still no start. now the kicker, I was standing there with the key in hand, and every 2 mins, I hear the fuel pump engage for a few seconds, and cut back off.
