2002 Engine moves

My girlfriend has a 2002 cavalier. The front of the engine bounces up and down. The car turns off when idle but runs fine when accelerating. Does she need new engine mounts? Upper or lower?

Probably rotted engine mounts and its hard to say which could be bad
