Default 2004 Cavalier Scans P0301

Chevy Cavalier started missing last night, right after a full tank of fresh fuel. It started blinking the Check Engine Light, then it stayed on. I scanned it with my Actron scanner and it pulled up P0301, which means that a misfire is detected in cylinder 1. A little about the car..... full stainless exhaust with high flow cat, 75k, that is about it...... I bought the car brand new and have had to do nothing to it, Please don't send me the obvious, I am going to pull the coil check the boots and plugs..... Looking more for some one that has had this problem before and knows what is wrong with it. Thanks Guys

right after a fill up? maybe a long shot, try a little gas dry since it was right after a fill up, water does sink and gas floats. and it doesnt cost and arm and a leg to eliminate this.
