It all started when i changed the alternator 2 weeks ago. I forgot to unhook the battery and the alternator sparked. Now my daytime running lights won't work. They come on when the car starts and then turn off. The headlights, brights, turn signals etc. still work fine. Just the daytime runners.

Also my brake warning light is on. This happened during the alternator swap as well. My hand brake is down and the brakes are working fine. The brake fluid is fine too. Still the light stays on.

Any ideas anyone????
