98 Cavi 2.2L Loss Of Power / Rough Starting

98 Cavi 2.2L Loss Of Power / Rough Starting
My 98 Cavi 2.2L has no power at all. I can push the gas petal to the floor and it will barely go up a hill. This happened all of a sudden. I has a strange noise coming from the area of cyl 4. I did a compression test and got the following results
4- 90 3- 70 2- 80 1- 70
Don't count on my tester being accurate if those are way off.
I got a cam shaft sensor code and an emissions recirc code before I cleared the computer but the CEL has not returned.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!!!
