this is a 99 2.4 engine, cavalier. the fuel pump/injector fuse was loose in the slot and wont connect. I checked for 12 volts on the socket, but no voltage there.
I used a piece of wire and ran 12 volts to the socket and the car started up.
is there a reason there would be no voltage at just that socket? cigarette fuse is where I ran the hot wire from to get the car started.
