Brake light issues

Brake light issues
My 98 cavalier ABS light is on. All the brakes have been replaced. Any ideas on why the light is on? Also the red Brake light just came on yesterday. E-brake is off and it is full of brake fluid. I would like to get both of these things fixed. Thanks
