Default CavalierZ24 2000 Engine start but stops immediately

I have a car Cavalier Z-24, 2000, has 100,000 mi. I live in Venezuela and bought some parts when I was Miami, because here are not achieved.
I want to take this prestigious forum to raise the issue having my car
The engine was revised, he changed the rubber valves, compression was measured with a result of 170, 180, 170, and 200 PSI, he checked the sensors and all is well. He put new injectors, ignition module, coils and spark plug boots. Also the fuel pump and pressure regulator are recent. The dashboard displays all the messages and then just go out leaving only the battery and checkengine. The scanner does not indicate any code.
The problem with this is that it turns on and three seconds off. I think blocking the fuel pump or injectors, since it sounds like you have no time string.
Excuse me for my English translator google

So with no cranking by the starter - the car shuts off after 3 seconds?
Or are you engaging the starter and everything turns off after 3 seconds?

When I put the car in the starting position, it turns on
Keeping the switch on starting position for 6 seconds, to 3 seconds.
1. The engine turnes off and the crankshaft continues to rotate due to the momentum of the starter up to 6 seconds.
2. The fuel pump and fuel injectors are disabled.
3. There are no explosions in the cylinders.
After the previous time I can return to start the car, but this does not turn on, only the crankshaft rotates and there are no explosions.

Thank you for the information.
How can I measure the crankshaft sensor if it is failing?
What values of voltage can I measure in it with a digital tester?
