hi. im from the srtforums but im here on behalf of my friend. hes got a 02 or 03 cavalier. well his cel came on. i know on the older gm cars you could turn the ignition on and off a few times and the code would flash. is there a way to check them w/o a scanner? and if so does any one know where to find a list of codes? thanks.

 

Just go to Autozone and have the codes read for free.

 

he did. they just tole him it was somehitng to do with emissions. nuthin precific.

 

Try them again ... this time get the specfic codes.
