Hello,
I have a 2003 Chevy Cavalier that I've been driving for almost two years now, and within the past couple of months my dash and radio lights have started flickering when I turn my head lights on at night. I've tried pulling the fuse while it was running and replacing it after I've turned it off to see if it had any effect on the issue, and it had no effect. I'm told it could be a loose ground wire, but I wouldn't know where to start hunting without having to pull the dash out.

Any thoughts and/or ideas on the issue would be greatly appreciated

Have your alternator voltage output checked. It might be the cause of the problem.
