Hard start-cold weather
I have a 2004 Cavalier, 2.2 ecotech engine. I've had the car parked in the cold shade where it gets to minus 0 temps in Maine. It was sitting for about 5 months and when I went to start it, it tried to catch repeatedly, after about 5 tries and pumping the gas it started. This car ALWAYS started immediately, no matter what the weather, very dependable. But now it appears to not want to start right away usually when it's sub freezing.
Any ideas what may be causing this?

Sitting for 5 months in cold weather would make me undependable too!
Welcome to Chevy. I would put fresh gas in it, maybe add a fuel additive for moisture, and take it for a long drive on the highway (at least 30 minutes) to get it's juices flowing again, then do your best to run it several times a week.
