i have a 98 cav w/ 2.2 automatic abs, i put a new alternator and battery in it in june, this week the same set of symtoms started.... first battery light, then abs light then airbag, then the car dies, then dead battery..... jump or charge it and its good for a short peoriod of time.... is there something i'm missing? is there a relary or sensor after the battery? like a gen sensor or something? CAN ANYBODY HELP ME?

 

do you have speakers or anything extra in the car
where did u buy the new alt and battery at
did u install them urself
did u do some voltage drop tests before and after u installed the parts
