Default Loose drivers door hinge (‘05)

ETA: it was a loose bolt on the upper door hinge. Tightened it up and door is working great!

The door hinge(s) on my front drivers side door is loose and I’ve started having trouble getting it to shut properly/completely. It’s leaving some gapping at the top hinge where I can see through between the door and car when it’s not closed properly and I have to lift up on when closing for it to close right. How do I fix this?
Also, not super experienced so please explain as detailed and easy to understand as possible lol!

Welcome from Florida. You have worn out hinge pins and bushings in the door hinge. Probably the upper but could also be some wear in the lower hinge.

Gotta hit them with lithium grease or something similar, otherwise it's metal on metal which isn't a good idea.
