Default Motor swap?

Aside from the location of the coil packs, what differences are there when installing a 2.2 from a 95 model into a 98 model? Automatic transaxle.

The only differences I have ran into is the intake manifold went from a 2 piece manifold on the 95 to a single intake manifold on the 98. And the 98 has a cam positioning sensor where as the 95 does not. But that ignition module on the 95 has a 3vplug system and the 98 is a two plug system but the third plug on the 95 is a three wire plug same as the sensor on the 98. Would it be possible to get a plug that fits the 95's 3rd plug and wire it to the sensor plug off of the harness. And plug it to the module possibly fooling the computer
