Default roll over valve on glass tank HELPPP!

I have a 2000 cavi that got a hole in the tank.. I got then tank off and got a new one but there is a blue valve on the old tank that goes to the evap canister... I cannot get it out can anyone give me any insight on this.. I can't find a new party or anything I need to get this tank swapped asap and would rather not go thro the he'll of taking tank straps off at the junkyard for a used tank the same price of my bran new one. Any info would help please

post a pic of what you are referring to.

every tank I have done; you only have to swap the evap vent lines and fuel lines. the tank vent check valve port is usually part of a new tank.

if you plan to keep this car for a while.....imo you better put in a new pump and fuel filter unless your ok repeating the process if the pump fails 2months later.....seen it happen.
