looks like a 400 trans , 350 v8 with the dip stick on the drivers side .

Thanks! How do I fix that leak, just tighten it a little, torque it, or is there a gasket/o-ring?

 

The part number below is the installer and remover . You order a shift shaft seal ,buy 2-3 . The edge of the shaft is sharp and can tear the seal. You can tape the end of the shaft before install.
