I bought a 06 Cobalt from a co-worker at work to fix up and sell. 2.2 Automatic with 60k. I thought I got a good buy since it only needed some body work which I could do, but now this car is becoming a pain and I need some help asap. The vehicle randomly starts to bog down and sputter. The display shows "Engine Power Reduced" and Ill throw my scanner on it and it shows the codes P2101 and P2135. The throttle body has already been replaced. I tried a different battery, I got a different throttle pedal assembly and none of those have worked. I am in the process of buying a house and I need this car fixed and down the road. I need any help or advice I can get. Thanks
