My complaint was no a/c and blowing HOT air all the time on any climate setting, even on cold days. Dealer said a blend door is stuck in the hot position and he must replace the whole unit inside the car, anyone heard of this? Thank goodness it is covered under the 12/12 bumper to bumper warranty. Going on 4 days without it.
