Rattle when shutting the car off.
Whats up guys I am new to the forum. I have a 2002 EB ZO6 25K Miles. Quick ? When turning the car off a I hear a riddle noise when the engine shut off. Kinda hard to explain but does anybody have an idea what I am talking about?
try to isolate the sound better. is it by motor, under car? it's possible it's something in the exhaust system like cat converter, muffler, heat shield, hanger, something like that loose or worn. i would have someone start and stop car while you listen and try to track down the noise.
I am not sure what you know about the Z06 but... When you shut off the engine you are supposed to hold the clutch pedal down.
If you already do that, then there is also a common rattle in the Titanium exhaust after they get old.
