I am desperately looking for a guidance on buying a new car, right now i have some models in mind (Listed below in priority order)
1. Chevrolet Cruze
2. Corolla 1.6 mid option
3. Lancer EX
4. Mazda 3
All I want to know is comparative suggestion on above cars against
1. Resale value
2. Maintenance cost & reliability
3. Value for money with better options
4. Cheaper spare parts availability etc..

Meanwhile I need review on cruze from cruze users in uae.

this is probably a little late in the game for you, but I can give you my car comparing strategy.
First I would go to Car Reviews and Research - Carsabi to look for resale values and depreciation
Second I would go to New Cars, Used Cars, Car Reviews and Pricing - Edmunds.com for the Maintenance/Reliability
Third stay there for the options using their compare tool
Fourth go to eBay Motors - Autos, Used Cars, Motorcycles, Boats, Trucks, Parts, Accessories, RVs and Other Vehicles and search a part on each car (i.e. cruze fuel pump) and see which car has the most results and cheapest parts or search on Auto Parts Warehouse | Car Parts, Truck Parts & Auto Body Parts Online - Free Shipping on most Auto Accessories & Performance Parts AutoPartsWarehouse
Lastly after finding the model I want, I would go back to Search Craigslist Used Cars - Carsabi to search for that car.
