Thank you for expanding on this, Jen22. I recognize your position and given the opportunity, we're happy to contact the dealership to work toward a possible resolution. Should you want to move forward in this direction, please send us a private message with the requested details.

My car killed on the Interstate in traffic this morning. Please help me, when I bought my car there 20 (twenty) miles on it. It's still new, I should not have to pay to have this issue taken care of.

Service;318145]It sounds like you’ve had a tough time with your Cruze, Jen22. I certainly recognize how upsetting this is as you don’t expect to run into issues when purchasing a newer model vehicle. We’d like to contact your preferred dealership and review this in greater detail from our end. To get started, please send us a private message and include your VIN, mileage, contact information, and preferred dealership. I appreciate your time and hope to hear from you soon.

I dropped my car off again 3/17-3/18 to Best Chevorlet and they kept it 2 days. They told me nothing is wrong with it. When
I got home the stabilizer track message came on and the check engine light is on. Please help

Just picked it up from the dealer for the messages you see. When I got home they came back on

Angry Engine Power Reduction, Service Stabilitrak and Traction control

I am writing to see if there is a safety recall yet for this or a class action lawsuit? It happened today and my children and I were almost hit. they were terrifiied. i have seen several others state they they followed what the dealership stated and the fix didnt fix the problem. i hate to dump more money into this car. I will never purchase another Chevy. This is a safety issue and it is going to cost someone their lives if it hasnt already. I would love for someone to tell me if they have found a fix, what it cost and if it was worth it. I am also currently in the market to purchase a new car which i was considering Chevy but have since changed my mind with all of these complaints.

I did and when I picked up my car drove 7 miles back to work it started shaking. When I got off from work, I started my car and it began to shake and rattle. The check engine light popped back on. This was a Friday evening and I was going on vacation for an entire week so I left my car parked and returned a week later to discover it's running worse than before dropping it off. My car is basically still new why is this happening? It's crappy!!! Not happy!!!! After reading other post I am doubtful this will be fixed. Really afraid to drive my car now. I will never buy another Chevy 😒

Same me thing is happening to mine and my fiancé’s car we took it in back in October when it started getting real bad and they said we were out of warranty by 2 months and that we needed a new turbo because it was blown for the third time since we owned the car it’s a 2014 and that it needed a new head. Even though we took the car in prior and they replaced a coolant hose because it was swollen and leaking from overheatinf prior to our issue now.
We will never own another Chevy after this dodge and Honda for us. Can’t wait to get rid of this stupid *** car

Once again having problems with our 2014 Chevy Cruze. have engine power reduction and with stabilitrak/traction control. Have had it worked several times now, new plugs, new throttle body, even new valve cover gasket as it was leaking, that was covered, no recall but they knew of the problem. Have been GM guy my whole life, but after this car well never another GM vehicle, my dad would roll over in his grave knowing this as he started working a Chevy dealerships after WWll. Any way the boy called me from Iowa City today and the stabilitrak light came on then there was reduced power and he was in traffic and he almost got hit due to this. I am a disabled Vietnam Vet not alot of money to do with but this POS Cruze has to go, for safety reason. Should be a class action law suit against GM because of all of this. Only thing left to say is hello Toyota i am on way some how !!!!!!

Default Chevrolet Tahoe 109k miles

Help ! I am sorry to find this thread with not very many solid answers on what to do to remedy my sudden bad luck here - “service stabilitrak” traction control and low engine power horror show on my dash as I was out of town meeting a friend for dinner — I am not sure how to proceed , this seems very costly with few people happy with their results here -
I had just driven through a large puddle on a dirt road- after dinner it did seem to dry out and only the alternator light was left on that night while car drive fine. Two days later I bravely drive home on highway and having to return through the same puddle- the traction control light lit up my dash —- after stopping for coffee and turning engine off and on again, either it dried out or reset itself enough for me to get home - I am scared as to how to proceed - dealer ? Or mechanic ? Chevrolet customer service ? I have been in a string of bad luck and dread this financial issue - was ready to drive my Tahoe into the 200k’s- Amy suggestions ??? Thanks —-

might be an issue with a wheel speed sensor. there should/might be a white that comes from the hub bearing assembly and the wire might be chaffed or grounding out when it gets wet
