How much coolant to add to Chevy Cruze (2018)?

How much coolant to add to Chevy Cruze (2018)?

My car sporadically blows warm air when the dial is turned all the way up. I want to rule out low coolant first. How much is supposed to be in the tank?

doesn't it have a fill line?

There's a Fill Line on the coolant tank. you don't want to add too much
