2012 chevy cruze I took to car shop fan had no problems. Then after I get it back it runs almost the moment starting until it's shut off again. Can you please let me know why

 

I got my son a used one it had 98,000 miles and 2nd day we had it the fan and loud noise was checked they sais they would fix it at the shop going to berea Kentucky. And well a week later after them saying next day it will be ready after like 8 times got it and it continues to run all the time.. To not running at all now.. Smh almost 400 more dollars and still they said they straight wird it.. What ever that means
