What are these 2 hoses hanging from my undercarriage?

What are these 2 hoses hanging from my undercarriage?
2018 Chevy Cruze.
I think the big one is some sort of wire loom. Could I just zip tie that up somewhere.
If you look towards the rear passenger area there is a small hose there. What is this and should it be tucked in somewhere? Where?
