2019 Equinox....No light on the onstar buttons and none of the buttons respond to anything. I have replaced the 5 amp fuse and still no power to the unit. Everything else works fine except for the mic. I can make and receive calls but people can not hear me as if the mic is dead. I'm assuming that the onstar mic is also used for the bluetooth mic on phone calls. I'm getting conflicting info as to where the vcim/onstar module is located....either behind/under the radio or in the cargo area behind a panel. I want to make sure the module is seated, no bent pins , check for voltage, etc.

Any suggestions ?
