My Chevy Equinox have been great for the past 6 years. It is now starting to give me problems. The car starts sometimes and want start other times. It started when the starter went out. I have taken it to the Chevy dealer and they charged me $384 to diagnose my car and indicate it was the starter. I had the starter replaced twice, and I am still having trouble.

I have read the same issues and it stated maybe it is the PCM needs changing and resetting. I really don't want to purchase a new vehicle as of yet.
