Have a 2007 chevy equinox. The heat gets hot when the weather isnt very cold but once it gets real cold like 32 degrees outside or cder the heat blows cold air. Any suggestions from anyone?

Check the coolant level. Low coolant level can result in low heat output.
It's also possible the heater core is partially or totally blocked. A flush using a product like Prestone SuperFlush may help. Best if you can swap the hoses connected to the heater core so you can reverse the flow and hopefully dislodge any blockage.
