Hello. The task in to replace the radiator shutter on a 2019 Equinox. To get to the shutter I have to remove the bumper. I am struggling with finding, and then removing, the 7mm screw under the fender liner on both sides. I am not able to see any screws. There is a moon shaped opening, that I cannot see inside of and I cannot get a finger in there to feel around for the screw. Don't suppose anybody can provide me with a photo of where the screws are located or can just provide me with a good description of where and what to look for. I was cruising right along with removing all of the other screws until I got to these two last. Any help would be appreciated.
