2025 Equinox check engine light
We bought this car the end of September. Spent 3 days in the shop in October for check engine light. They couldn't find a problem. Went back to shop November 5th and they said it was an injector. Been there a month waiting on part. It's sad something so new is so hard to get a part for
I’m having a similar problem. I just bought my 2025 Equinox Activ on 11/21/24 my check engine light came on 11/30/2024 after a particularly cold week. Took it to the shop couldn’t find anything wrong and they reset some sensor. Now a day later it’s back on and I’m taking it back to them. What injector is wrong with yours and was yours triggered by cold weather?

We purchased a 2025 Equinox Active and 2 weeks later and 850 miles on the odometer the check engine light came on. We took it to the service department; they told us it had something to do with the fueling system and that we should never see the light come on again. The following day the check engine light was back on. Returned to the service department and the service manager said he was personally taking this case on. We are very frustrated and are glad that we're not the only ones experiencing this. The odd part is that even though we were told that it was an issue with the fueling system the "My Chevrolet" app tells us that it is an issue with the transmission. My wife is understandably very upset and frustrated that we purchased the first brand new vehicle in her life and it's now been in the shop 2x before 1100 miles on the odometer. How long before we demand a replacement vehicle to make this right?

We purchased a 2025 Equinox in November of 2024. It has been in service for 60 days out of the 77 we've owned it. Check engine lights (multiple), oil leakage from oil filter, fuel injector replaced, misfire codes, door panel was defective from factory. Only 1200 miles on the car. GM told us they know of the problem with check engine lights but there is no fix and no timetable for repair. Started a lemon law case. It is really unfortunate. We have been loyal Chevy fans our whole lives but lost all confidence in the car and GM.
I am having the same problem. I bought my 2025 at the end of October. Check engine light came on in November, they couldn’t figure out so they replaced an injector. It came back on. They replaced all the injectors, it came back on. They seem to have no idea what to do.With a lemon law case, do they give you your money back or do you just get it replaced with another broken Chevy equinox?
