I have a 2010 Chevy Equinox and I purchased 2 after market key FOBs. I programmed them according to the instructions and the unlock, lock, rear lift gate and panic alarm buttons all work fine. The problem is when I try and use the remote start now, the rear lift gate opens instead. This happens on both new remotes. The old factory remote was working fine with the remote start until the lock button on the circuit board fell off. That is why I got the 2 new after market ones.
