I have hard upshifts and a shudder on downshifts in a 2011 2.4l fwd equinox. The dealer replaced the torque converter, it was better, but in my opinion still not right. I brought it back, they couldn't find anything. Now im out of warranty and as of last night have nothing other than second gear, including no reverse. I drive a lot for work, so im at 126k miles. Is it worth asking gm for help?
