What is that black duct that comes across the engine and goes down somewhere in front of the left front tire? It's about a 4" diameter duct.
If it's not too hard to get out I want to get to the tranny fill cap.

The big black tube with the 90 Degree bend in it.

 

Charged Air tube. Pressurized air from the intercooler to the throttle body.

 

How hard to remove and reinstall?

 

That depends entirely on your skill level of which, I am unaware.

 

I think my mechanical skill level is above average. Electrical not so great. I have replaced brakes and rotors changed many timing belts oil and filter changes and many other mechanical jobs. I am also a licensed A & P aircraft mechanic with 45 plus years experience, now retired.
