Computer Trouble codes

Looking at buying a 2009 Chevy Equinox. Had the car inspected and they found some trouble codes. No warning lights on the dash but found the following:
GM- P1779 Torque Delivered signal
ABS CO899
SRS passenger presence.
The inspection place said should not worry about. 11 year old car, minor issues. What are your thoughts?
