If an aftermarket head unit is installed, and the chime-adapter was installed; I assume the chime can be killed, by disconnecting the left door speaker wires, as you stated in your last post.
Will that cause any other problems?
If not, can wires be run directly from the head to the left speaker, to regain music, and avoid the obnoxious chime?
My click-clack is already silent.
