Default power window problems

i have a 05 nox and the driver side would not work but all the other windows would so i started trouleshooting

checked fuses and relays all were fine
checked for broken wires in the door jam none broken
checked for power at the motor checked fine
so i figured the motor was burnt up
I started playin with it and found out that if i pull on the motor it starts workin for a couple hours and then i have to pull on the motor works fine again so i put a peice of cardboard behind it and it worked for a few days then started again any ideas would be helpful thanks in advance
