Default 1994 G20 horn button replacement?

Hello all,
I have a 94 G20 van, as near as I can tell the steering wheel is unique to that year. Anyhow, it has the airbag module in the center and two little horn buttons to either side. One was broken since I bought it and missing, the other recently broke off. They seem to actually be held on with string inside. I can't see any possible way to fix it.

So, what are my options? Will a dealer sell me some sort of replacement skin, or must I get a whole new steering wheel and airbag module? How do I change it without killing myself? Is disconnecting the battery and waiting good enough, or do I have to find the yellow airbag wire and disconnect it?

Thanks!
