Express 2018 where is the Floor Console Fuse Block fuse?

Express 2018 where is the Floor Console Fuse Block fuse?
I shorted the Floor Console Fuse Block under the seat.
Now there is no power going into that fuse block.
I do have power in the engine compartment fuse box.
I think I blow a fuse or breaker going into the Floor Console Fuse Block but I don't know where it is.
Does anyone know where the power for the Floor Console Fuse Block come fr0m?
Does it have a fuse?
BTW: Car doesn't start now and dash cluster is off too.
