Default 2004 Express 1500 No Spark, No ECM Power

I have a problem that is wearing me out. My 2004 Express 1500 5.3L was running fine and just died without warning. A code scan gave no codes but did read vehicle info. Fuel pump runs when key is turned on and pressure test shows around 55 PSI. I have no spark at any of the coil packs testing directly out of the pack itself.

After doing research online, it sounded like the crank position sensor was a possibility. After testing for +12 and for Ground at the connector, I found that I wasn't getting any power from the ECM.

I tested directly at the ECM and got the same results. I used a VOM and check Pin 2 (+12 to crank position sensor) to ground with the key on and got no voltage. I checked Pin 21 (Ground to crank position sensor) to positive side of the battery and got no voltage.

With may scan tool reading the vehicle info but not giving any codes, I would say the ECM is working. But with no +12 on Pin 2 or no Ground reference on Pin 21 of the ECM, I tend to think it is bad.

Anyone have any thoughts on what to check or do next? I am at a loss!!
