2005 GMC Savana 2500 4.8L needs a starter, which one
Hi ...... the starter is dying and I wanted to know which one is the best replacement ,
Just wondering if there is something better tech after 20 years , maybe a gear reduction driven one ?
the cheaper "rebuilt" ones are $50 -$100 or so , but not worth having to change them out every few years
The best brand new ones seem to be $100-$200 , the AC DELCO 3371119 is $150 on Rock Auto
Or does anyone have a good one for free .....HaHaHa.....
PS: And are there any shims I need to worry about ?
